1 x double bed and mattress OR 1 x single beds and mattresses per person every two years. Note: Must be on the Medical List. Applicants can only apply once every two years.

Provision of 1 x refrigerator OR 1 x freezer & bar fridge and 1 x washing machine via Whitegoods funding is only available in emergency situations where applications are supported by a clinic for 2017/18 financial year. All other applications are to be referred to Amangarra.

For individuals residing on the Groote Archipelago who purchase a Split System Air-conditioning Unit, The Social Program will organise the installation of that Unit to a maximum value of $2,000 per Unit. Note: Only Split System Air conditioners will be installed (no window package units). Applicants can only apply once every two years.

Note: No dryers, air conditioning, household furniture. The installation of air conditioners may be supported (refer to section on Aged Care, Disabled and Elders)

Assistance is available for repairs and maintenance due to genuine wear and tear only if GEBIE has paid for the installation.

The Social Program will assist with completion of warranty cards and arrange purchase and delivery of the goods with its preferred suppliers for cost-effectiveness.

Funding is not provided directly to applicants.
